THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The Territory Sales Representative based in Lexington will service existing, and build new relationships in the industry focused in the fabrication, A&D, kitchen/bath, contractor/developer/builder and commercial sectors. With a specified territory outlined in a circa. 75 mile radius surrounding Lexington, this role will work with a large, pre-established client base and will work on developing new relationships in that area. There is tremendous room for growth within the territory, region and company as it is growing and moving further into many new and exciting markets.

This candidate will ideally have the following;
- 3+ year's experience in a Sales Rep or Territory Rep position OR, worked in an inside sales/project management or a related customer or stakeholder facing role in a custom millwork, fabrication, or kitchen & bath business.
- Experience working in the surfaces or building materials space
- Strong experience working independently driving sales and working towards targets
- Highly detailed and organized and experience completing projects from beginning to end
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Excellent, entrepreneurial company with a strong collaborative team and amazing reputation in the industry
