ABOUT THE ROLE
The Senior Interior Designer will lead workplace design projects from concept through completion — shaping environments that balance creativity, functionality, and brand identity. You’ll collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver workplaces that are as strategic as they are beautiful, supporting hybrid work models, flexibility, and the evolving needs of modern organizations.

The Senior Interior Designer will lead workplace design projects from concept through completion — shaping environments that balance creativity, functionality, and brand identity. You’ll collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams to deliver workplaces that are as strategic as they are beautiful, supporting hybrid work models, flexibility, and the evolving needs of modern organizations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the design process for workplace interiors, from concept development to detailed documentation and delivery.
- Collaborate with clients to understand culture, brand, and operational needs, translating these into innovative design strategies.
- Oversee space planning, material selection, furniture coordination, and interior detailing to achieve cohesive, high-quality outcomes.
- Partner with architects, engineers, and consultants to integrate interior concepts seamlessly within broader project objectives.
- Present design ideas and concepts effectively to clients and stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering creativity and professional growth.
- Stay informed on workplace trends, sustainability strategies, and emerging technologies that influence the future of work.
- Support business development efforts, proposal writing, and client relationship building when appropriate.
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 8+ years of professional experience with a focus on workplace and office design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership on mid-to-large-scale corporate or commercial interior projects.
- Exceptional design sensibility with a solid understanding of workplace strategy and human experience.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- NCIDQ certification and/or ARIDO membership preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities within a dynamic, collaborative studio environment.
