Ce que vous apportez :
- Education: Diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent technical training
- Experience: 12+ years of architectural technology experience
- Software Proficiency: Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, with knowledge of ACAD LT, ADT, and Revit
As a senior member of the team, you will play a crucial role in the success of architectural projects by:
- Operating computer-assisted design systems to develop precise and innovative solutions
- Assisting in the development of architectural designs across residential, industrial, commercial, and institutional projects
- Analyzing technical documents and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Preparing detailed working drawings, specifications, graphics, and presentation materials
- Conducting contract administration and field reviews to oversee project execution
- Leading quality control efforts and ensuring adherence to architectural best practices
- Preparing proposals and tender contracts
- Supervising and mentoring junior architectural technical staff
- Monitoring and inspecting work to ensure project excellence
- Contributing to space planning, renovation, and interior design strategies
- A highly skilled problem-solver with strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- An effective communicator who thrives in team collaboration and client interactions
- A detail-oriented professional with strong leadership and organizational skills
- Someone who excels in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Travel: Valid driver’s license required (travel expenses covered)
