- Engage with customers and partners to strengthen relationships and promote the brand
- Communicate regularly with customers and dealer partners
- Support ongoing sales initiatives and programs
- Contribute to strengthening the company’s dealer network
- Assist with invoicing, order flow, and general business coordination
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems
- A polished, professional presence and strong communication skills
- A natural ability to build relationships and engage with people
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A proactive mindset with pride in your work
- 2–5 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a client-facing role
- Building materials background, preferred
- Post-secondary education in business, economics, or a related field is an asset
- Exposure to administrative or financial processes is an asset
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems
