What You’ll Be Doing Sales & Customer Support
  • Respond to customer inquiries and support dealer partners
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage sales documentation
  • Coordinate closely with the outside sales team
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales information
Brand & Industry Engagement
  • Represent the company at trade shows, dealer events, and industry functions
  • Support event planning, coordination, and follow-up
  • Engage with customers and partners to strengthen relationships and promote the brand
Relationship & Business Support
  • Communicate regularly with customers and dealer partners
  • Support ongoing sales initiatives and programs
  • Contribute to strengthening the company’s dealer network
Operations & Coordination
  • Assist with invoicing, order flow, and general business coordination
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems
What You Bring

Ideal Background
  • 2–5 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a client-facing role
  • Building materials background, preferred
  • Post-secondary education in business, economics, or a related field is an asset
  • Exposure to administrative or financial processes is an asset
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems
