The Right Fit:

The Leasing Specialist reports to the Property Manager and supports leasing activity across residential and select commercial units. This role suits someone comfortable managing multiple tenant types while maintaining a polished, service-driven approach. Growth opportunities exist within property management and portfolio operations.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage leasing activity for residential and mixed-use components
• Conduct tours for residential suites and commercial spaces
• Respond to inquiries and convert leads into executed leases
• Screen applicants and coordinate lease documentation
• Support retail and commercial tenant onboarding
• Maintain leasing systems and CRM accuracy
• Support marketing initiatives and on-site events
• Contribute to occupancy, retention, and renewal targets

What You Bring to the Table:

• 1-3 years of residential or mixed-use leasing experience
• Strong customer service and sales capability
• Comfort working with residential and commercial tenants
• Experience with property management software or CRM systems
• Real estate or property management license preferred
