We are working with a well-established, national workplace interiors firm seeking an experienced Project Manager - Architectural Walls to join their Toronto team. The company is known for creating innovative, high-performance spaces and delivering turnkey interior construction solutions for clients across Canada.
The Opportunity
The Project Manager - Architectural Walls will oversee projects from order acceptance through to final completion, ensuring each one is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. This individual will serve as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams—coordinating all aspects of the process to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple architectural wall projects simultaneously, from planning and coordination to final installation and closeout.
- Work closely with internal design, operations, and leadership teams throughout the construction process.
- Prepare and review installation quotes and production drawings for accuracy.
- Ensure site measurements and scope are verified and properly documented.
- Coordinate orders, schedules, and submittals while maintaining close communication with clients, contractors, and installers.
- Oversee installation quality, troubleshoot on-site issues, and ensure all work meets company and code standards.
- Understand and interpret applicable building codes, millwork, electrical, and network requirements.
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up throughout the project lifecycle.
- 5+ years of project management experience in construction, interior systems, or architectural products.
- Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, drawings, and project documentation.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and coordinating with general contractors and subtrades.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical knowledge related to building codes, custom applications, and product integration.
- PMP certification or formal project management training is an asset but not required.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software
