Project Manager - Architectural Interiors
Salary: $75,000k - $105,000k + bonus
Location: Greater Toronto Area | Full-Time

Our client is a well-established and growing commercial interiors organization seeking a Project Manager to support the successful delivery of architectural products and interior construction projects across the GTA.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced commercial environments and enjoys balancing field coordination, client interaction, and technical project oversight. The role will work closely with internal sales teams, installation partners, general contractors, consultants, and end clients to ensure projects are delivered smoothly from kickoff through closeout.

The Role

The Project Manager will oversee multiple concurrent commercial interior projects, supporting everything from scheduling and coordination through installation and final deficiencies. Projects range from workplace interiors and architectural wall systems to large-scale corporate environments.
Responsibilities include:
  • Managing projects from award through installation and closeout
  • Coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, installers, and vendors
  • Reviewing architectural drawings, specifications, and project documentation
  • Attending site meetings, coordination meetings, and field reviews
  • Supporting delivery sequencing, installation logistics, and onsite troubleshooting
  • Coordinating schedules, workback plans, and critical project milestones
  • Monitoring project progress, risks, budgets, and timelines
  • Managing communication between field teams and internal stakeholders
  • Conducting site measurements, field verifications, and deficiency walkthroughs
  • Supporting installation coordination and ensuring projects are completed to client expectations
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial construction, architectural products, interiors, furniture, or related project management
  • Strong understanding of commercial construction methods and site coordination
  • Experience working alongside trades, subcontractors, installers, and consultants
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
  • Comfortable balancing both desk-based coordination and onsite project responsibilities
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Procore, PlanGrid, or similar platforms is considered an asset
  • Experience with demountable walls, architectural interiors, glazing, drywall, framing, or related systems is an asset
  • PMP designation is considered an asset but not required
Additional Details
  • Projects are primarily located throughout the GTA, including downtown Toronto, Mississauga, and surrounding regions
  • Regular site presence is expected depending on project requirements
  • Some evening or weekend coordination may occasionally be required during critical installation phases
  • Candidates must be comfortable working in both field and office environments
  • Background checks and security clearances may be required for certain projects
