About the Job
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager looking for diverse challenges and career growth. You will oversee complex construction projects from inception to completion, working closely with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality project delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new and existing client opportunities to drive business growth.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing partnerships.
- Ensure client satisfaction by aligning project outcomes with expectations and company standards.
- Lead and coordinate complex construction projects from start to finish.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to meet project goals.
- Supervise subcontractors and consultants, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, ensuring all project phases comply with safety regulations.
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
Qualifications
- CET certification required (P.Eng preferred).
- 5+ years of direct Project Management experience (preferably in a mid-sized company).
- Experience in commercial construction an asset.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Revit and Microsoft Office.
- Experience managing construction crews.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
- In-depth technical knowledge of building envelopes, pre-engineered buildings, design-build contracts, public tender calls, and prequalification contracts.
