What You’ll Do
  • Support and grow relationships with distributors and dealers across Canada
  • Respond to customer inquiries, quotations, and order requests
  • Build product knowledge and become a trusted resource for customers
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing customer accounts
  • Maintain regular communication and provide exceptional customer service
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order flow
  • Track customer activity and opportunities within the CRM system
  • Learn customer needs, market trends, and industry applications over time
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, account management, or industrial sales support
  • Experience in industrial distribution, manufacturing, MRO, building materials, safety products, or related industries is considered an asset
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Professional, coachable, and team-oriented
  • Strong work ethic and high level of accountability
  • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Someone interested in building a long-term career within a stable organization
