Are you ready to take your sales career to the next level? Our client is seeking a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and growing business. This role is all about connecting with clients, delivering exceptional service, and bringing energy and initiative to every interaction.

What You’ll Do:
  • Be the go-to partner for customers—building strong, lasting relationships through outstanding service and support
  • Drive business by generating quotes, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction every step of the way
  • Educate customers on product options and solutions that fit their needs
  • Reach out to new and existing accounts to uncover opportunities, identify key decision-makers, and support ongoing needs
  • Collaborate with your teammates in sales, operations, and the warehouse to deliver seamless, accurate service
  • Partner with the outside sales team to strategically expand market share
  • Support inventory planning and management based on customer demand
  • Take on additional projects and responsibilities that make an impact
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong communication skills—both written and verbal

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment where priorities shift

  • Experience in distribution, plastics, or industrial products is helpful but not required
  • At least 1 year of commercial or sales experience preferred
