The Opportunity:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving revenue by supporting existing customers and proactively developing new business. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their applications, recommend solutions, and ensure a seamless sales experience from inquiry to order fulfillment.

What You’ll Do:
- Proactively develop new customer accounts through outbound calls, prospecting, referrals, and networking
- Support and grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities to expand share of wallet
- Respond to inbound inquiries and convert leads into sales
- Build strong, trusted customer relationships through product knowledge and responsive service
- Maintain and grow technical understanding of performance plastics, applications, and solutions
- Conduct regular outbound customer touches to drive engagement and repeat business
- Collaborate with the broader branch team to support overall sales and service goals
- Inside sales or customer-facing experience in distribution, industrial products, or a related field
- A strong customer-service mindset with excellent communication skills
- A proactive, positive attitude and a desire to grow in sales
- Comfort making outbound calls and engaging customers by phone and email
- Ability to work collaboratively while also managing individual responsibilities
- Industry experience in industrial distribution is an asset, but not required
