Key Responsibilities:- Process and manage customer orders efficiently.
- Communicate vital information to customers and the teams.
- Provide support to the Outside Sales Representatives (OSR) with quoting and project coordination.
- Bring innovative ideas to improve sales processes and customer experience.
- Serve as a back-up for the OSR
- Arrange trucking and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
- Keep customers updated on their orders and any relevant changes.
- Enter claims and manage customer service inquiries with precision.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the systems and communicate directly with clients.
Qualifications:- Desire to grow into an Outside Sales role.
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with numbers.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ambitious and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
