What You'll Be Doing
- Identify and evaluate development, redevelopment, and enhancement opportunities
- Prepare feasibility studies, proformas, schedules, budgets, and cash flow models
- Lead program development and site planning from concept through completion
- Coordinate internal teams including legal, design, leasing, construction, and asset management
- Manage consultants including architects, engineers, planners, and legal advisors
- Lead municipal approvals, permitting, and community engagement processes
- Support debt financing, incentives, tax credits, and partnership structures
- Track project performance against schedule, budget, and ROI targets
- 5 to 10 years of real estate development or leadership experience
- Post-secondary education in a related field
- Strong understanding of development finance and capital approvals
- Experience preparing investment committee materials
- Proven ability to manage municipal processes and public hearings
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Exposure to complex, high-impact development projects
- Strong leadership support and cross-department collaboration
