Our client is seeking a Development Manager to join their dedicated team, which has been instrumental in delivering over 300 projects and creating more than 15,000 units of affordable housing and community developments since 1984.
In this role, you will drive meaningful change by managing projects from concept to completion. You’ll work closely with clients to develop comprehensive business plans and ensure project delivery meets timelines, budgets, and stakeholder goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full lifecycle of development projects, including planning, financing, and construction phases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
- Manage financial models, cash flows, and budgets to ensure project feasibility and success.
- Navigate funding approvals and real estate development processes effectively.
- Lead stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment and addressing any project challenges.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in real estate development or related fields.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Technical Expertise: Strong financial modeling skills, familiarity with development cash flows, and experience with CCDC construction contracts.
- Project Management: Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving objectives.
- Communication: Confident in coordinating with diverse stakeholders, both internal and external.
