Position: Commercial Sales Representative

Salary: Min 90K base + Strong Commissions + Company vehicule + Benefits and RRSP

Our client is a leading provider of building materials, serving commercial contractors and builders throughout the Lower Mainland, BC. Our company is known for delivering top-quality products and exceptional service. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with commercial contractors and builders in the Lower Mainland. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction industry, providing expert advice and support to clients on our range of building materials. Achieving and exceeding sales targets through strategic account management and new client acquisition will be key to your success. You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of products and services to our clients.

To be successful in this position, you should have a proven track record of success in sales within the construction industry, along with an established network of contacts within the Lower Mainland’s commercial construction sector. A strong understanding of building materials and their application in construction projects is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are required, as well as the ability to work independently with a self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset.
