90k-100k Base Salary (based on experience) + Lucrative Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance + Benefits & RRSP
The Company
Founded in Canada, our client is a leading North American window and door manufacturer known for their engineering, beautiful designs, next-level performance, and exceptional service. As a well-known and respected leader in the industry, the company is undergoing an exciting period of growth. They are looking for a dedicated professional to join their team and spearhead their commercial expansion across the Pacific Northwest.

The Opportunity
This is a strategic role focused on large-scale commercial and multi-residential projects (6+ storeys/high-rise). Based out of the head office facility in Delta, BC, you will be a key member of a high-functioning team. Teamwork is at the core of their culture; you will work in close collaboration with the VP of Sales, the President, the Sales Lead team, and the Estimation department.
The role is approximately 70% office-based in Delta, with 30% travel required to manage and grow a territory covering Vancouver, Seattle, and Portland. You will be responsible for the process from start to finish, from initial planning and execution to aftersales management.

The Role
The primary focus of this position is growth. While you will inherit an established account base, you will be tasked with hunting new opportunities and expanding the company's presence in the commercial sector.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Navigating the complex commercial bid process for large-scale developments.
  • Managing a long sales cycle, maintaining deep relationships with industry players and decision-makers.
  • Working closely with commercial General Contractors and Developers, providing technical expertise and high-performance solutions tailored to their specific project needs.
  • Overseeing project management from the planning stages through to execution and aftersales care.
  • Utilizing your familiarity with pricing and estimation to work collaboratively with the internal estimation team and the client to deliver accurate, competitive proposals.
The Candidate
We are seeking a seasoned sales professional with extensive knowledge of the building envelope (experience in windows and doors is an asset, but not a requirement). You must have a proven track record of successfully navigating large-scale commercial projects.

We are looking for:
  • A professional who knows the key industry players and ideally brings an established book of business within the construction market in the Pacific North West.
  • A strong understanding of the commercial construction landscape, including the bid process and building envelope requirements.
  • A team player that can work seamlessly with internal technical and executive teams.
  • Someone comfortable managing long-term relationships and complex project lifecycles.
