Our client is a well-established leader in the sales and delivery of residential roofing and building materials, serving customers across the eastern United States. Known for a strong reputation in the market, they are seeking a sales-driven Branch Manager to lead growth and operational performance within a high-potential branch location.

Position Overview
This role combines branch leadership, operational oversight, and outside sales execution. The successful candidate will play a key role in rebuilding momentum and growing revenue while ensuring operational excellence across the branch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive branch growth with a focus on new business development and customer expansion.
  • Lead branch performance toward a $4-5M annual sales target
  • Oversee daily operations including:
    • Warehouse management
    • Delivery logistics & scheduling
    • DOT compliance and safety standards
    • Team leadership and accountability
  • Manage branch performance against annual budget and operational goals.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships while actively pursuing new market opportunities.
Must-Have Experience
  • Direct experience within the building materials industry (required — not a train-from-scratch role).
  • Strong outside sales background with a proven hunter mentality.
  • Experience leading operations within a distribution environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability managing people, workflow, and branch performance.
