Key Responsibilities
- Drive branch growth with a focus on new business development and customer expansion.
- Lead branch performance toward a $4-5M annual sales target
- Oversee daily operations including:
- Warehouse management
- Delivery logistics & scheduling
- DOT compliance and safety standards
- Team leadership and accountability
- Manage branch performance against annual budget and operational goals.
- Maintain strong customer relationships while actively pursuing new market opportunities.
- Direct experience within the building materials industry (required — not a train-from-scratch role).
- Strong outside sales background with a proven hunter mentality.
- Experience leading operations within a distribution environment.
- Demonstrated leadership ability managing people, workflow, and branch performance.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership mentality.
- Comfortable balancing hands-on operations with strategic sales growth.
