Account Manager
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 + commissions
Calgary | Full-Time | In-Office

We're working with a well-established and growing organization in the commercial interiors space that is looking to add a Healthcare-focused Account Manager to their Calgary team.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in complex, relationship-driven sales environments and understands how to navigate healthcare projects from early planning through to execution.

THE ROLE
Reporting into senior leadership, this position is focused on growing and managing healthcare accounts across the region.
You'll be responsible for building long-term relationships with key stakeholders across healthcare organizations while identifying new opportunities and driving revenue growth.
This is not a transactional sales role — it's about becoming a trusted advisor to your clients and embedding yourself into their projects and planning processes.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Proactively develop new business within the healthcare sector (hospitals, clinics, long-term care, etc.)
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers including healthcare administrators, facility teams, clinical planners, A&D firms, contractors, and project managers
  • Act as the main point of contact for all assigned accounts, ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams
  • Manage projects end-to-end — from initial conversation through to delivery and close-out
  • Lead RFPs, RFQs, bids, and tender submissions within healthcare procurement frameworks
  • Understand client needs including clinical workflows, regulatory requirements, and operational goals
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timelines, budgets, and expectations are met
  • Stay involved throughout project execution to troubleshoot issues and ensure a high level of client satisfaction
  • Support product specification, pricing, and sourcing for healthcare environments

WHAT YOU BRING
  • Experience in a complex, multi-stakeholder sales environment (healthcare experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence key decision makers
  • Experience working with A&D firms, contractors, and project teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once with strong organization and attention to detail
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
  • Comfort navigating longer sales cycles and structured procurement processes
