On behalf of our client, a leader in garage door manufacturing and distribution, we are seeking a hands-on Directeur général to lead a Regina distribution center. This role will oversee daily operations, P&L performance, customer service, sales growth, safety, inventory accuracy, and team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, inventory, fulfillment, shipping, and facility operations.
• Drive continuous improvement, productivity, and cost reduction.
• Manage the distribution center's P&L, budgets, and key performance indicators.
• Build customer relationships and conduct proactive sales outreach.
• Recruit, coach, and lead warehouse, delivery, and office personnel.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and service.
• Ensure facility cleanliness, safety, and compliance.
• Participate in the setup and opening of the new distribution center.
• Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of warehouse or distribution management experience.
• Experience managing budgets, P&L statements, and logistics operations.
• Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Mechanically inclined, with knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Comfortable using KPIs and data to drive decisions.
• Valid driver's license required.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
