Our client is a well-established Canadian manufacturer and distributor with a strong reputation across Canada and international markets. They are looking for a motivated, dependable, and eager-to-learn individual to join their Inside Sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, learning technical products, and becoming part of a supportive, team-oriented environment. Full training is provided.

What You’ll Do

• Support distributors and dealer customers across Canada
• Respond to customer inquiries and quotations
• Learn the company’s products and industry applications
• Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up
• Work closely with the sales and operations teams
• Track customer activity using CRM and internal systems
• Help identify opportunities to grow customer accounts over time

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, sales support, account coordination, or industrial distribution
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Someone looking for long-term career growth within a stable company

Experience in industrial, manufacturing, construction, safety, building materials, distribution, or related industries is considered an asset but not required.
