What You’ll Do
- Support distributors and dealer customers across Canada
- Respond to customer inquiries and quotations
- Learn the company’s products and industry applications
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up
- Work closely with the sales and operations teams
- Track customer activity using CRM and internal systems
- Help identify opportunities to grow customer accounts over time
- 1–2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, sales support, account coordination, or industrial distribution
- Strong communication skills and professionalism
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Someone looking for long-term career growth within a stable company
