Based in Toronto, Neda specializes in recruiting for the Design and Architecture sector with a specific niche in contract furniture across North America. Neda joined DMC Recruitment from a large international recruitment firm where she also specialized in all things Architecture and Design.Neda is focused in working with her clients and candidates in the Architecture & Design industry working with various search engagements of specific positions throughout North America including; Principal, Director, Senior Architect, Architect, Technologist, Designer, Project Manager and other positions within small to large architecture and engineering design firms within this discipline.Neda grew up in a very large, loud and extremely close family which ultimately contributed to her love for all things people related. After completing her degree in Sociology, Neda began her career in the sales industry. After over a decade of working in a multitude of exciting and differing sectors, she stumbled into the recruiting world, and the rest is history. Here she has been able to combine her love for people, sales and helping others to find the career of their dreams.Neda excels at truly understanding what motivates candidates and clients, which allows her to make that personal connection that is so needed when helping individuals find the right employer, and employers find the right candidates to fit their needs. We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Executive to join a well-established contract furniture dealership expanding its presence in the Jacksonville market.
With over 45 years of experience and multiple locations across North America, our client is known for delivering innovative workplace solutions for commercial, healthcare, government, and education environments. Backed by strong manufacturer partnerships and a full-service, client-first approach, this team provides everything from workplace strategy and planning to installation and post-occupancy support.
As the local market grows, they're looking for a driven sales professional who can both manage existing client relationships and build new ones. You'll play a pivotal role in expanding the brand's presence across Florida while working with a close-knit, supportive team that values trust, collaboration, and entrepreneurial spirit.

What You'll Bring:
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in contract furniture, design, or commercial interiors
  • A proven track record of new business development and account growth
  • Strong project and relationship management skills
  • Familiarity with the A&D community, commercial real estate, or workplace solutions is an asset
