We’re looking for a dynamic Account Executive/ Inside Sales Representative to join our client’s team. Key Responsibilities:
 
Client Management:
  • Be the go-to expert for clients, guiding them through every step of the sales process.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients while establishing new connections to fuel the organization’s growth.
  • Provide accurate, on-time quotes and stock confirmations to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Oversee the creation of sales orders.
  • Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of product.
Sales & Marketing:
  • Revitalize dormant or underperforming accounts with tailored strategies to reignite client interest.
  • Leverage marketing tools to reach new clients and expand the brand name and footprint in the industry.
  • Engage clients and prospects through targeted calls, emails, and exclusive promotions.
Problem-Solving:
  • Address client concerns with creative, solutions-focused approaches that ensure client’s needs are met and exceeded.
Territory Management:
  • Treat your designated territory like your own business, utilizing the resources and tools given to achieve territory growth and sales targets.
What We’re Looking For:
 
Experience & Education:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or customer service, particularly within the industrial sector.
  • Post-secondary education is a plus, but a strong work ethic and passion for client care are necessary.
Skills & Abilities:
  • Superior communication skills (both written and verbal) to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Bilingualism in French and English is essential.
  • Experience with CRM software is considered an asset.
  • A true sales enthusiast with a natural drive to learn, grow, succeed and building relationships.
