Did you know that DMC Recruitment offers $500 in exchange for successful referrals? With the rise of LinkedIn and other networking tools, it is easier than ever for high quality candidates to connect with other high quality candidates. We are always working to find the best people for our jobs, and referrals play a big part in that process. As a specialist recruitment agency, we have the opportunity to work with so many great people in Architecture and Design, Building Materials, and Construction, who have access to a network of other excellent contacts. This is where our referral program comes in!

We are the first recruitment agency in Canada to offer a technology enabled referral program that directly rewards contacts for referring us successful candidates. In partnership with Refari.io, our referral program allows our contacts to easily refer us candidates for any of our roles.

If the prospect is successful in the recruitment process, we will show our thanks by gifting the referrer a $500 reward in the form of vouchers or a cash donation of their choosing. Our referral bonus differ based on the exact role that we are hiring and you can always see the amount of reward offered on the job posting. Whilst our referral reward is always a minimum of $500 we have been known to pay up to $3000 for the right name! That’s a lot of money for sharing a name!

Know someone who would make a good candidate for any of our roles? The process is simple:

  1. Visit www.dmcrecruitment.com
  2. Go to the “jobs” page and hit “refer a friend” on the right-hand side of the page
  3. Fill out the information about the person you are referring
  4. Select the consultants name who you would like to refer the candidate to, or hit “any consultant”

From there, we will review the referral, get back to you and contact the candidate! Our technology tracks and updates you of the progress to ensure that we can properly thank the referrer at the time of placement. Please be aware that referrals are treated with complete confidentiality and your name is never used without your express permission. We very much appreciate every name referred.
