Job Overview: As a Territory Manager, you’ll drive results and expand brand presence across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, consultative sales expert who thrives on building relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role is perfect for someone who values creativity, initiative, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Development: Assess local market conditions, identify sales opportunities, and forecast growth for the territory.
- Sales Generation: Qualify new business prospects and build a strong sales pipeline, representing our client’s full product range.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key business partners and stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Customer Service: Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and promote new products to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate CRM records, conduct monthly reporting, and support credit and collection processes.
- Expérience: Minimum of 3 years in sales or sales management within the building materials or construction industry.
- Compétences: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce).
- Attributes: Highly motivated, adaptable, with a results-oriented mindset and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the territory as needed.
- Workplace: Home office or company office environment. This position will require to be on the road
