The Opportunity
This is not a traditional desk-based engineering role.
This role is focused on providing hands-on technical guidance to contractors and subcontractors before and during the build phase, ensuring accurate application, compliance, and successful installation.

The Opportunity

What You’ll Be Doing
- Act as the primary technical resource for contractors and field teams
- Provide guidance on product application, installation, and best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges
- Support project teams by answering technical questions and clarifying details
- Review drawings to ensure alignment with product capabilities
- Ensure compliance with U.S. building codes and standards
- Collaborate with internal engineering, operations, and sales
- Engineering degree with experience in cold-formed steel, light gauge framing, or structural systems
- PE designation or actively working toward license preferred
- Experience supporting contractors, installers, or field applications
- Strong understanding of construction practices and codes
- Practical, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
- Comfortable with regional travel in a remote role
