The Opportunity
As the Site Superintendent, you will oversee day-to-day construction activities across multi-family and mixed-use residential projects, beginning with a six-storey wood-frame development in Ladner.
You will be responsible for maintaining construction schedules, managing site safety, coordinating trades, and ensuring all work is completed according to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
Success in this role comes from staying organized, anticipating challenges before they become issues, and keeping communication flowing between site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and project leadership.
One day may involve coordinating site logistics and reviewing progress with trades. Another may involve conducting inspections, resolving site challenges, reviewing schedules, or collaborating with project managers to keep budgets and timelines on track.

- Proven ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams effectively
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
