Salary: $100,000 - $130000
Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to oversee the building construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned construction leader who is passionate about ensuring projects are completed at the highest quality, timely, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee construction of pre-engineered buildings from beginning to the end of the project
- Mentor project leads
- Manage daily job site including all crew
- Interpret blueprints and building plans
- Oversee proper assembly of building components and materials
- Maintain job site safety in compliance with OHSA
- Ensure project is on time and material deliveries and manpower is meeting requirements
- Provide reports to stakeholders
- Maintain reporting, any change orders, and all inspection logs
- Conduct inspections
- 7 + years of leadership experience in construction
- In-depth knowledge of engineered building systems and procedures
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and team coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with construction management tools and project management software
