Senior Project Manager
Location: Edmonton, AB
Salary: $100,000 - $130000
Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to oversee the building construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned construction leader who is passionate about ensuring projects are completed at the highest quality, timely, and to specification.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee construction of pre-engineered buildings from beginning to the end of the project
  • Mentor project leads
  • Manage daily job site including all crew
  • Interpret blueprints and building plans
  • Oversee proper assembly of building components and materials
  • Maintain job site safety in compliance with OHSA
  • Ensure project is on time and material deliveries and manpower is meeting requirements
  • Provide reports to stakeholders
  • Maintain reporting, any change orders, and all inspection logs
  • Conduct inspections
Ce que vous apportez :
  • 7 + years of leadership experience in construction
  • In-depth knowledge of engineered building systems and procedures
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and team coordination skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with construction management tools and project management software
