Building Envelope & Cladding

We have partnered with a building envelope and cladding contractor in the Greater Toronto area. Our client is known for delivering high-performance exterior façades on commercial, multi-residential, and industrial projects. We're hiring a hands-on Senior Project Manager to lead multiple exterior projects ($50K-$2M) from design through completion. Some travel will be involved.

Responsibilities

• Manage several projects at once, handling scheduling, contracts, procurement, and logistics
• Review shop drawings and technical documents to ensure designs are accurate
• Coordinate with fabrication teams, field crews, consultants, and clients
• Oversee budgets, invoicing, and change management
• Lead site visits, safety meetings, and on-site execution
• Build strong relationships with contractors, architects, and suppliers
• Travel to project sites across the GTA and Canada as needed

Qualifications and Skills

• 5+ years managing cladding, roofing, or building envelope projects
• Strong knowledge of ACM, IMP, and cladding/siding systems
• Comfortable with Excel
• Bluebeam or CAD experience a must have
• Personable, solution-oriented, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage field teams and subcontractors effectively
