A growing HVAC supplier is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join its Calgary-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys technical challenges, helping customers, and working in a collaborative office environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE – INSIDE SALES (HVAC) This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience in sales, customer service, or technical support who is ready to grow their HVAC knowledge. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting contractors and customers with product selection.
- Providing support for residential and light commercial projects.
- Handling inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Supporting order entry, pricing, and delivery timelines.
- Learning to perform basic HVAC sizing calculations with team support.
- Coordinating with outside sales reps, vendors, and logistics when required.
- Building long-term relationships with repeat customers.
- 1–3 years of experience in HVAC, inside sales, or a technical customer service role.
- A strong interest in HVAC systems and a willingness to learn product knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills—clear, professional, and friendly.
- Strong organizational skills with reliable follow-up habits.
- Experience with quoting systems, CRM, or ERP software is a bonus.
- Post-secondary education or technical background in HVAC or trades is an asset, but not required.
- Based in Calgary, and available for a full-time office role with occasional customer visits.
