Senior Inside Sales Representative

We’re excited to be partnering with a fast-growing, Calgary-based HVAC-R distribution company. As part of their continued expansion, our client is looking to add a hybrid sales professional who can support both new and existing customers.

The ideal candidate is a technically strong, trusted advisor within the HVAC-R sector: someone comfortable supporting internal teams and external clients with sales support, project development, and hands-on technical troubleshooting.

Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of experience selling HVAC/R equipment (rooftop units, refrigeration).
• Refrigeration trade ticket (A Gas Ticket, sheet metal, or plumbing an asset).
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to read job prints and perform accurate take-offs.
