Our client, a leading industrial distributor known for developing talent from within, is seeking a Sales Development Representative who wants to build a strong foundation and grow into an Account Manager role.

This position is intentionally designed to provide deep exposure to the company’s products, systems, customers, and internal processes. Many of their most successful Account Managers began their careers in similar foundational roles, using this experience to become highly capable, knowledgeable sales professionals.

This role is well suited to someone early in their sales career or an individual with some experience who is looking for structured development, mentorship, and a clear progression path.

Please note: the location is not easily accessible by public transit. Reliable transportation is required.

Ideal candidate profile
  • 2+ years inside or outside sales experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with computer systems and business software
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Positive, professional attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow

  • French: Required, spoken and written
  • English: Required, spoken and written, due to frequent communication with customers, suppliers, and partners outside Quebec
