About the Role
We're seeking a Sales Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated to grow within the organization. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective clients to identify potential product needs
  • Respond to and process incoming calls and orders
  • Identify and open new accounts and support existing customers
  • Provide technical support on products
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current and new products
  • Identify opportunities to support clients with project needs and non-stock products
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure client needs are met and company initiatives are supported.
  • Maintain flexibility and willingness to undertake any new responsibilities reasonably assigned, reflecting the multi-faceted nature of the role.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Prior experience in inside sales, sales support or customer service, preferably in a technical or refrigeration-related industry
  • Knowledge of commercial refrigeration equipment
  • Knowledge of the Hospitality Industry an asset
  • Strong professional communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM system
  • Ability to develop long-term client relationships
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking and attention to detail
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to learn products quickly
  • A collaborative attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed
