What You'll Do
- Lead, mentor, and coach Branch Managers building a culture of accountability, customer-first service, and professional growth.
- Set and enforce consistent standards for service, inventory, and operations.
- Leverage an ERP and Excel to monitor inventory, analyze data, forecast needs, and guide decision-making.
- Drive Salesforce CRM adoption, ensuring consistent usage and measurable impact.
- Champion a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all locations.
- Work closely with Leadership and Training teams to align branches with corporate goals.
- Conduct performance evaluations and wage reviews for Branch Managers.
- Prepare branches for future market expansion while ensuring today's operations are strong.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of progressive leadership experience, ideally in retail or multi-site management.
- Proven success in growing sales, improving operations, and delivering consistent results.
- Strong communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency (analysis, forecasting, KPI tracking).
- ERP knowledge; Salesforce experience an asset.
- Business acumen with comfort interpreting financial and operational reports.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel 50-75% within Ontario.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
