What You'll Be Doing:
- Coordinate daily administrative functions for assigned properties
- Support tenant communication, move-ins, move-outs, and maintenance coordination
- Review and prepare lease documents, renewals, and rent adjustments
- Manage accounts receivable, rent invoicing, and collections follow-up
- Maintain portfolio files and tenant records in organized digital systems
- Draft correspondence, notices, and reports for property management
- Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure work completion and documentation
- Assist with property inspections and related reports
- Minimum 2 years of experience in property management or commercial real estate administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with exposure to Yardi or MRI considered an asset
- Strong understanding of lease administration and tenant coordination
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated team player
