The Right Fit:

As a Property Administrator, you'll support a Senior PM and a team in delivering exceptional tenant service and operational excellence across multiple commercial properties. Success in this role requires a fun outgoing personality, strong attention to detail, communication skills, and comfort handling fast-paced administrative
processes. You'll get both mentorship and internal progression opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Coordinate daily administrative functions for assigned properties
  • Support tenant communication, move-ins, move-outs, and maintenance coordination
  • Review and prepare lease documents, renewals, and rent adjustments
  • Manage accounts receivable, rent invoicing, and collections follow-up
  • Maintain portfolio files and tenant records in organized digital systems
  • Draft correspondence, notices, and reports for property management
  • Liaise with vendors and contractors to ensure work completion and documentation
  • Assist with property inspections and related reports
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in property management or commercial real estate administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with exposure to Yardi or MRI considered an asset
  • Strong understanding of lease administration and tenant coordination
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Detail-oriented and self-motivated team player
