THE OPPORTUNITY
As Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of residential construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with site supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, you'll play a key role in driving project success while maintaining strong client relationships throughout the construction process.

As Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of residential construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with site supervisors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, you'll play a key role in driving project success while maintaining strong client relationships throughout the construction process.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead residential home building projects from pre-construction through completion.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal project teams.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve challenges to keep projects on track.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards, building codes, and safety requirements.
- Manage project costs, change orders, procurement, and reporting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, trades, and project stakeholders.
- Conduct regular site visits and oversee project performance.
- Support continuous improvements to project delivery processes.
- 5-10 years of project management experience within residential home building or residential construction.
- Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to solve problems and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
- A commitment to quality, safety, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
