THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
The Principal Architect will have a passion for design and will have excellent experience working with a variety of projects and will have experience developing business, working with teams and developing networks throughout Alberta. With a strong understanding of the Alberta/Western Canadian market this individual will be excited about developing business and working directly with clients in a variety of sectors.
With a proven track record of delivering large scale projects from inception to completion you will know the ins and outs of the interior design space and will work with clients and an executive level to make sure their need are being met along with building new relationships for new business along the way.
This individual will have shared partnership in the company and will develop their teams for optimal success on project needs as well as mentor and lead their team of Architects through their projects.

This candidate will have the following aspects;
- Master's in Architecture/AAA Registered
- 10+ years working in the Architecture, Design and Engineering industry within Western Canada within the a variety of projects.
- 5+ years leading teams of other Architects through projects and mentoring staff to meet their career goals.
- Strong business development skill set with a natural entrepreneurial focus and a great network in the Alberta (Edmonton) market.
- Excellent technical knowledge and design experience within the industry with experience working in a consulting environment.
- Portfolio of projects and designs within Canada that highlight design skills.
- Experience working with technical programs like Vectorworks, AuotCAD, and REVIT are assets.
- Detailed approach to project management with an entrepreneurial mindset in developing a team and leading projects forward through to completion.
- High energy, innovative thinking and a dynamic approach to design and planning a must.
