Our client, a leading building materials manufacturer in the millwork division, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join their rapidly growing organization. This role is pivotal in leading the marketing team to create, execute, and evaluate comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to effectively promote the company’s products. The Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing and overseeing marketing strategies, policies, and programs, all while managing budgets to ensure that the company's marketing objectives are successfully met.
As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing strategies for branding, advertising, and promotional materials. You will ensure that all marketing initiatives are aligned with the company’s public relations and communication activities. Additionally, you will manage digital marketing campaigns, including email and social media, to enhance online engagement and expand reach. Your role will also include assisting in the preparation of both long-term and short-term marketing plans, with a focus on optimizing budget management and resource allocation.
A critical component of this position involves staying informed about emerging technologies and market trends to identify new opportunities for enhancing online campaigns. You will also be responsible for negotiating contracts for essential services and maintaining strong relationships with vendors to support the execution of the marketing strategy.
Leadership and team management are essential aspects of this role, as you will oversee the marketing staff, including responsibilities related to hiring, training, and performance evaluations. You will also take on special projects and other duties as directed by the CEO, ensuring that the marketing department operates smoothly and efficiently.
Education and Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or Public Relations, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience, including supervisory responsibilities. Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will also be considered. Experience within the millwork industry is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage.
Compensation and Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. The compensation package also includes a 401K plan and a comprehensive benefits package, which covers dental, life insurance, and medical benefits.
