Our client is a well-established manufacturer of cold-formed steel building products seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations at one of its manufacturing facilities in the Northeastern United States.

This isn't a "keep the lights on" maintenance role.

It's an opportunity to work alongside the Plant Manager and leadership team to improve equipment reliability, increase machine uptime, support investments in new equipment, and help build a stronger, more efficient manufacturing operation.

What We're Looking For

• Experience maintaining roll-forming, metal-forming, tube mills, coil processing, or similar manufacturing equipment.
• Previous experience leading or supervising maintenance teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills with hydraulic, pneumatic, and industrial manufacturing equipment.
• Experience developing and managing preventive maintenance programs focused on improving equipment reliability and machine uptime.
• Hands-on experience with welding, machining, lathes, presses, grinders, and general fabrication equipment.
• Knowledge of machine guarding, lockout/tagout, and industrial safety practices.
• Experience with multi-pass roll-forming equipment or similar continuous manufacturing processes is strongly preferred.
