Our client is seeking an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician who is ready to grow into a Maintenance Manager role.

If you're the person everyone relies on to troubleshoot complex equipment, keep production running, and mentor other maintenance technicians, this is an opportunity to build on your technical expertise while taking the next step in your career.

You'll join an established manufacturer of cold-formed steel building products and work alongside an experienced Plant Manager to improve equipment reliability, maximize machine uptime, and support ongoing investments in manufacturing operations.

What You'll Do
  • Lead daily maintenance activities in a busy manufacturing facility.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial manufacturing equipment.
  • Improve equipment reliability and maximize machine uptime.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance programs and equipment inspections.
  • Mentor and support maintenance technicians.
  • Partner with Plant Leadership on equipment upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Promote a safe, proactive, and accountable maintenance culture.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience as a Lead Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Lead, Maintenance Supervisor, or Senior Maintenance Mechanic.
  • Strong experience maintaining roll-forming equipment, tube mills, coil processing equipment, metal-forming machinery, stamping equipment, or similar heavy industrial manufacturing equipment.
  • Excellent mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, gearboxes, conveyors, welding, machining, fabrication, and power transmission systems.
  • Experience with preventive maintenance programs and improving equipment reliability.
  • Previous leadership or mentoring experience within a manufacturing maintenance environment.
  • A desire to grow into a Maintenance Manager position.
