Where colour, finish, batch or lot, dimensions, specifications — even grain or direction — can make the difference between the right product and a costly mistake?

We're recruiting an Inside Sales Representative for a well-established national distributor supplying the construction and manufacturing industries.

You do not need experience with our specific products.

We're interested if you are from commercial flooring, architectural panels, tile and stone, building products, plastics and composites, industrial coatings, glass, millwork, decorative surfaces and other specification-driven products.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Prepare quotations and process customer orders
• Understand customer requirements and product specifications
• Check inventory, availability and lead times
• Help customers identify the right product for their application
• Manage orders from inquiry through delivery
• Resolve customer questions, changes and issues
• Build strong, long-term customer relationships
• Work closely with operations and internal teams

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• You have inside sales, customer service or sales support experience with technical or specification-driven products.
• You understand why details such as colour, finish, batch/lot, dimensions, thickness, grade or material consistency matter.
• You're organized, comfortable preparing quotes and managing multiple orders, and you follow details through to completion.
• Experience in distribution, building products, construction, manufacturing or industrial products is an asset.
