Inside Sales & Customer Support
- Respond to customer inquiries and support dealer partners
- Prepare quotes, orders, and sales documentation
- Coordinate closely with the outside sales team
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in internal systems
- Represent the company at trade shows, dealer events, and industry functions
- Support event planning, coordination, and follow-up activities
- Engage with customers and dealer partners at events, strengthening relationships and promoting the brand
- Assist with marketing materials and event logistics as needed
- Communicate regularly with dealers and customers
- Support sales initiatives and dealer programs
- Help strengthen relationships across the company’s dealer network
- Assist with financial administration
- Process invoices and maintain accurate records
- Ensure data accuracy across internal systems
- A professional, polished presence and strong communication skills
- Strong computer and technical skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking and relationship-building abilities
- 1–4 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, sales support, or business coordination
- Exposure to financial administration an asset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems, an asset
