Our client, a growing company within the building products sector, is looking for an Inside Sales & Brand Ambassador who brings both professional presence, strong communication skills, and strong technical abilities.

This role sits at the center of the organization, supporting the sales team, building relationships with dealer partners, and contributing to daily operations. You will work closely with customers, support sales initiatives, and represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional who enjoys taking ownership, working with people, staying organized, and building a career in sales and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Inside Sales & Customer Support
  • Respond to customer inquiries and support dealer partners
  • Prepare quotes, orders, and sales documentation
  • Coordinate closely with the outside sales team
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales information in internal systems
Brand & Industry Representation
  • Represent the company at trade shows, dealer events, and industry functions
  • Support event planning, coordination, and follow-up activities
  • Engage with customers and dealer partners at events, strengthening relationships and promoting the brand
  • Assist with marketing materials and event logistics as needed
Dealer & Relationship Support
  • Communicate regularly with dealers and customers
  • Support sales initiatives and dealer programs
  • Help strengthen relationships across the company’s dealer network
Finance & Administrative Coordination
  • Assist with financial administration
  • Process invoices and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure data accuracy across internal systems
What You Bring
  • A professional, polished presence and strong communication skills
  • Strong computer and technical skills
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong multitasking and relationship-building abilities
Ideal Background
  • 1–4 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, sales support, or business coordination
  • Exposure to financial administration an asset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems, an asset
