They are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Representative to join their growing team in Mississauga.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced project environment, enjoys supporting sales and project teams, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience from order placement through project completion.
THE ROLE
Working closely with Account Managers, Project Teams, Design, and Installation partners, the Client Services Representative will play a key role in coordinating furniture orders, managing project documentation, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams, manufacturers, and clients.
This is a highly collaborative position that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinating and placing furniture orders with manufacturer partners
- Reviewing quotes and order details for accuracy and completeness
- Processing order acknowledgements and change orders
- Tracking orders and reporting on project status updates
- Preparing delivery and installation documentation
- Coordinating installation schedules and onsite logistics
- Supporting project execution from order placement through completion
- Assisting with warranty claims, deficiencies, and issue resolution
- Invoicing completed projects
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Providing administrative and team support as required
- 4+ years of experience in a client service, project coordination, or order management role
- Experience within the contract furniture, workplace interiors, architectural products, or construction industry is considered a strong asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Experience coordinating with manufacturer partners and vendors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Office 365
- Experience with 20/20, CET, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar systems is considered an asset
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and team-focused mindset
