Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise commercial roofing crews on active construction sites
- Plan daily work schedules, allocate manpower, and maintain production targets
- Oversee installation of commercial roofing systems including SBS, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, and roofing coatings
- Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications to ensure accurate execution
- Coordinate materials, equipment, and site logistics to maintain workflow efficiency
- Enforce safety policies, complete required safety documentation, and maintain compliant job sites
- Communicate project updates with Project Managers and maintain professional client-facing site standards
- Out-of-town work may be required from time to time
- Minimum 3+ years of commercial flat-roofing experience, including leadership or foreman responsibilities
- Proven hands-on installation experience with Modified Bitumen / SBS, TPO, EPDM, and coatings
- Strong leadership, organizational, and crew-management skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for out-of-town projects as required
- Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 lbs
