They are currently seeking an Architectural Solutions Designer to join their Calgary-based team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a seamless and engaging client experience from initial concept through final walkthrough
- Design inspiring, functional, and sustainable commercial spaces that exceed client expectations
- Understand site conditions, scope of work, and evolving project requirements
- Design projects using DIRTT ICE® software, building environments from scratch or from AutoCAD™ plans
- Translate 2D drawings into 3D renderings and/or virtual reality walkthroughs
- Collaborate closely with clients, sales teams, project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and fellow designers
- Review drawings and production documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Organize and submit orders in coordination with the Project Manager

- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline
- Professional designations or certifications (e.g., WELL, NCIDQ, ARIDO) considered strong assets
- Experience working in an architectural or interior design firm
- Proven experience designing commercial interiors
- Strong understanding of interior design and architectural best practices
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD and 3D design software
- Familiarity with contract furniture systems, architectural walls, and commercial flooring is an asset
- Experience with DIRTT solutions is considered an asset
- A genuine passion for creating exceptional, inspiring spaces
- Background in contract furniture, furniture manufacturing, kitchen design, interior design, or architecture is an asset
