About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join a growing team in the industrial distribution sector. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and driving sales growth in a fast-paced B2B environment. The BDR will be a key player in expanding market presence by connecting with decision-makers in construction, manufacturing, and industrial organizations.

What You’ll Do:
  • Proactively research, target, and engage potential clients within construction, manufacturing, and industrial markets.
  • Develop strong relationships with procurement teams, operations managers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Identify customer challenges and present solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and deliver measurable value.
  • Partner with sales team to strategically grow key accounts and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
  • Track sales activity, maintain accurate pipeline records, and stay informed about industry trends to uncover new opportunities.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in industrial distribution, construction, or manufacturing sales preferred (but not required for the right candidate).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • A results-oriented, competitive mindset with a true “hunter” mentality.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with customers face-to-face.
