With a diverse work experience, Karine brings her superior emotional intelligence, determination, and tenacity to the recruitment industry.Since 2015, Karine has managed a record of exceptional placements across North America in the building materials industry. She was the recipient of the trophy from the Association of Canadian Search, Employment & Staffing Services(ACSESS) for the province of Quebec in 2023, and she has been standing out as one of the top performers within DMC Recruitment.Karine works closely with manufacturers, distributors, buying groups, and retailers in the building materials industry. She also seeks candidates for roles in architecture & design and construction. Are you a dynamic and driven professional with a passion for the building materials industry? We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager specializing in cladding/cement siding to join our team in the Lower Mainland, BC. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our market presence within the region while reporting directly to the Western Canada General Manager.

Your expertise in the Building Envelope sector will be crucial as you identify new business opportunities, build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, and develop strategies to increase sales and market share. You will be the face of our company in the region, working closely with contractors, builders, and distributor to ensure our products are top of mind.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record in business development, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the building enveloppe industry. Your ability to think strategically, combined with your hands-on approach, will be essential in achieving our ambitious growth targets.
