JUNIOR / INTERMEDIATE ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST
Location: Toronto, ON (In-Office)
Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000

Our client, a well-established and growing architecture practice, is seeking a Junior/Intermediate Revit-trained Architectural Technologist to join their Toronto team.

THE ROLE
This is a full-time, permanent position working closely with Project Managers and senior team members on a range of commercial and institutional projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality Revit construction drawings and documentation, supporting projects from schematic design through to construction administration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Project Managers and Associates in the development and delivery of projects
• Produce and coordinate Revit-based construction drawing sets (plans, elevations, sections, details, etc.)
• Assist across all project phases, including schematic design, design development, and construction documentation
• Prepare presentation materials and submission packages for clients and authorities
• Participate in contract administration tasks, including shop drawing review
• Stay current with building codes, materials, systems, and industry best practices

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of professional experience in architecture or design
• Project experience across retail, commercial, mixed-use, or institutional projects (residential/community experience is an asset)
• Strong proficiency in Revit with demonstrated experience producing construction documents
• Working knowledge of Bluebeam and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign or similar)
• Solid understanding of building systems, construction methods, and material applications
• Familiarity with contract administration processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work both independently and within a team environment
• Comfortable working in collaborative team settings (3-15 people)
