What You'll Be Doing
- Process high volumes of AP invoices through Reflex
- Verify coding for multiple properties and cost centers
- Match purchase orders, contracts, and approvals
- Prepare weekly payment runs
- Resolve vendor questions and reconcile statements
- Support month end with AP reporting and accruals
- Maintain accurate digital records for audit readiness
What You Bring to the Table
- Two to three years of AP experience in real estate or corporate accounting
- Strong Reflex experience
- Solid understanding of invoice coding and multi-property workflows
- High accuracy and steady pace under tight timelines
- Strong communication with internal teams and vendors
- Proficiency in Excel
- Ability to follow established processes
