The Right Fit:
This role leads a high-volume AP function across North America, including oversight of offshore support. Reporting into senior finance leadership, this role manages leaders and large teams.

You are structured, detail-focused, and comfortable operating in a complex environment. You bring strong systems knowledge, a control mindset, and experience improving processes at scale.

Must have Oracle experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead the day-to-day AP operations team across multiple entities
• Oversee remote and offshore teams
• Maintain strong controls and support audit requirements
• Guide tax treatment across transactions
• Manage expense and corporate card programs
• Partner with internal teams to resolve issues
• Improve processes, systems, and workflows
• Develop and lead team members

What You Bring to the Table:

• CPA designation
• 15+ years in finance or shared services
• 10+ years leading teams, including managers
• Background in high-volume environments
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• Experience driving process improvement
