Compensation & Benefits

The Role
- Handle inbound calls, quotes, and order entry
- Upsell and cross-sell to maximize order value and maximize outbound deliveries
- Make outbound calls to drive additional business and uncover opportunities
- Grow existing accounts while identifying new business potential
- Collaborate with operations, production, and logistics to ensure smooth delivery for customers
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues quickly and professionally
- Maintain accurate order entry and customer records
- Support Outside Sales with account coordination and follow-up
- Step in where needed — team support is key
What We're Looking For

- Personable with strong relationship-building skills
- Confident communicator, comfortable on the phone
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Team-first attitude with a willingness to jump in when required
- Eager to learn and grow into an Outside Sales role
- Team sports or competitive background is an asset
- Experience in building materials, construction, or distribution - nice to have but not required. Those coming from high customer service industries are also encouraged to apply - hospitality, retail, customer service, call center, etc.
- Post-secondary education is an asset, but is not strictly required
