Compensation: Base from $75,000-$80,000 + uncapped profit sharing + car allowance + benefits

We are recruiting a Branch Sales Manager to lead and build a thriving building supply distributor in Woodstock Ontario.

This is a sales-led leadership role within an entrepreneurial, profit-sharing business model. The branch is profitable and well-embedded in the local market, supported by an experienced operations manager and an established sales team.

This opportunity will suit a commercially minded leader who thrives on relationship-building, coaching teams, and owning a P&L.

The Opportunity

This role is designed for an entrepreneurial and highly motivated Sales Leader, who wants the autonomy to direct a team and drive results with rewards directly tied to branch performance.

You will be responsible for leading the sales, customer relationships, and commercial direction of the branch while fostering a culture where team contribution drives shared success.

Key elements of the role include:
  • Taking ownership of the branch's P&L and profitability
  • Leading sales growth through strong customer relationships
  • Coaching and developing an established team to build succession planning
  • Driving change and continuous improvement where required
  • Operating with the mindset of running your own business, backed by a strong organization

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all sales and commercial activities for the Branch
  • Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with vendors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and key accounts
  • Coach, mentor, and develop the branch team.
  • Drive branch profitability through pricing, forecasting, and growth initiatives
  • Own the branch P&L and contribute to annual planning and forecasting
  • Represent the business positively within the local Windsor market

Ideal Profile
  • 5-10 years of leadership experience in wholesale building materials distribution
  • Background in construction systems, building services, or technical distribution.
  • Strong sales orientation with proven relationship-building capability
  • Experience leading established teams and managing change effectively
  • Comfortable owning accountability, results, and commercial outcomes
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset

Compensation & Incentives
  • Base salary starting from $75,000-$80,000
  • Uncapped profit sharing, paid on the branch's own P&L
  • On-target earnings expected to exceed $100,000+
  • Car allowance
